The Jewish General Hospital (JGH) in Montréal took advantage of World AIDS Day to underline the importance of raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of the HIV infection. The JGH also highlighted the scientific efforts of their researcher and CanCURE Principal Investigator Dr. Andrew Mouland, who's lab is located at the Lady Davis Institute (LDI) based at the JGH. Notably, work accomplished by his team was recently published this year in the prestigious Nature Communications (Valiente-Echeverría F et al. Nat. Commun. 2014). CanCURE joins the JGH organization and others across the world in supporting this World AIDS Day 2014 !
