Une étude menée par le Dr Éric A. Cohen est publiée dans le journal PLOS Pathogens
Dr. Éric A. Cohen, Team Leader and Principal Investigator for CanCURE, has just published a study in the scientific journal PLOS Pathogens. His research unit at the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal (IRCM), along with international collaborators, have shown how an HIV protein known as "Vpu" tricks the immune system by using its own regulatory process to evade the host’s first line of defence. Their discovery paves the way towards future therapeutic strategies for an HIV Cure. Moreover, their findings were announced through a press release issued today by the IRCM.
